AhernTech was founding in 2024 by Michael Ahern. The company provides IT consulting services including software architecture, custom software development, as well as basic data science including machine learning and big data.

Our clients include small firms looking to integrate AI into there systems as well as mature firms modernizing their existing analytic solutions.

AhernTech s.r.o. is the software consultancy firm owned by Michael Ahern. He is a software architect, developer, and - when the job calls for it - data scientist based in Bratislava, Slovakia. He has been delivering high quality software projects for two decades, in a leadership or architect role for the majority of that time. During his career he worked as a data scientist working on big data healthcare analytics and has more than half a decade of experience delivering AI and Analytic solutions.

Mike is originally from Boston MA, USA. He earned a dual undergraduate degree in Computer Scientist and Sociology. Before relocating to Dublin and later Bratislava, he attended advanced courses at MIT and Boston University. He later completed his Master's in Computer Science specializing in Computational Perception through Georgia Institute of Technology.
